It was built by Birgit Foken-Brock, Volker Brock, Holger Späing, Rolf Pabst, Bärbel Papst and Torsten Schubert (all Germany)
on 20 April 2012 at the Intermodellbau exhibition in Dortmund, Germany.
The barrel was filled with beer. Later the keg was tapped, and the beer was filled into a glass - all 18 microlitres of it.
