Chris Young (USA) typed a 160-character text message correctly in 62.3 seconds
on 23 May 2007 at Chemeketa Community College in Salem, Oregon (USA).
The message must be typed without a single error including all punctuation and upper- and
lower-case letters and without the aid of any predictive text.
Remark: We are aware of other record claims for being the fastest text messager.
Note that our rules require that the message must be unknown to the contestants and
contestants are allowed to text in a language of their choice. This makes a difference
to other record claims where the rules require to type a previously known text in English.
